Led a $600M weapon systems portfolio at BAE Systems, encompassing full-rate production, development, and international programs. As R&D Technical Director, led 10 programs focusing on advanced analytics and actional intelligence solutions. Developed radar systems, signal processing, and algorithms at MIT Lincoln Laboratory.

Former president of NetCentric Technology, specializing in DoD intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance solutions, which played a key role in the Army’s digital transformation initiatives. Helped architect the Army’s DCGS-A intelligence system to over 4000 systems globally. Chris has been at the forefront of AI and machine learning in defense applications, including natural language processing, entity correlation, pattern analytics, and geospatial mobility analysis.

Founded BOSS AI, a Gartner Cool Vendor for AI governance and ethical response, delivering critical COVID-19 intelligence to the White House Coronavirus task force and working with the Pentagon’s Joint Artificial Intelligence Center. Former Chief Architect for the US Federal Government’s first cloud computing platform. Built an R&D organization within DARPA, defining the DoD’s data, analytics, and AI strategy.
