At BAE Systems, Aimee led a $600M weapon systems portfolio encompassing full-rate production, development, and international programs. Under her leadership, she increased production orders by 5x from 2022 to 2023 through innovative strategic positioning and market expansion initiatives. Her operational excellence included creating and executing comprehensive 5-year business plans, managing cross-functional teams in complex matrix organizations, and overseeing technology investment strategies that delivered measurable ROI.

Previously, as R&D Technical Director, Aimee managed 10 disparate programs with 40 direct reports, focusing on advanced analytics and actionable intelligence solutions. Her operational leadership during periods of organizational change and market downturn showcased her ability to maintain performance while driving innovation and technology transition across DoD, Intelligence Community, and prime contractor customers.

Aimee’s technical foundation includes a decade at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, where she developed expertise in radar systems, signal processing, and algorithm development that informs her strategic approach to AI and advanced analytics operations.

Chris brings over three decades of pioneering experience in defense technology and systems architecture to drive product innovation and strategic growth in the AI sector. As a seasoned product leader and solutions architect, he has consistently delivered transformational technology solutions that bridge complex technical requirements with mission-critical operational needs across defense and commercial markets.

Chris previously served as President of NetCentric Technology, a software development and systems architecture firm specializing in DoD intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) solutions, which was successfully acquired by ASRC Federal and Vistronix. Under his leadership, the company became a key player in the Army’s digital transformation initiatives, developing cutting-edge solutions for tactical, joint, and coalition operations.

His extensive product development expertise spans artificial intelligence, data fusion, cloud computing, and edge technologies. Chris played an instrumental role in architecting the Army’s DCGS-A intelligence system, leading the transformation of a rapid capability prototype into a formal program that successfully fielded over 4,000 systems worldwide. He has been at the forefront of integrating AI and machine learning capabilities into defense applications, including natural language processing, entity correlation, pattern analytics, and geospatial mobility analysis.

As a technical product owner and SME, Chris has guided products through competitive evaluations against major industry players, leveraging his deep understanding of customer requirements and emerging technologies. His strategic vision encompasses the full product lifecycle, from initial concept and architecture through market delivery and customer success.

David founded and scaled BOSS AI from startup to a 35-person enterprise AI firm within two years, earning recognition as a Gartner Cool Vendor for AI Governance and Ethical Response. During the COVID-19 pandemic, his team delivered critical intelligence to the White House Coronavirus Task Force, outperforming analytics teams from major tech giants including Google, Amazon, IBM, and Microsoft. His work directly informed strategic resource allocation decisions and supported the Pentagon’s Joint Artificial Intelligence Center in characterizing disease spread across Eastern Europe.

Previously, David served as chief architect for the US federal government’s first cloud computing platform and built a pioneering R&D group within DARPA, where he drove the definition of the Department of Defense’s data, analytics, and AI strategy. His leadership in developing Data Tactics Corporation’s Memex search engine technology garnered national attention, including a feature on “60 Minutes” in 2015.
